Chevrolet: 92 chevy 4x4 will not lock, chevy 4x4, auto hubs

i am having a problem with my 92 chevy Z71 the transfer case ingages but the front hubs auto hubs will not lock in I checked the plugs and the fuses

         Well if you checked the fuses and all are ok I would look for the shift transfer case and look if any wire / cables are broke or un-pluged and if not it could be the shift unit itself I would check there and all under the area ok.
