Chevrolet: tahoe door panel, chevy tahoe, body books

roger, my driver side door will no longer open using the the lever inside.  i have to roll the window down and reach out and open the door from the outside.  can you tell me how to take the inside panel off so that i can get in the guts of the door and try to fix this?  thanks, rob. 1997 chevy tahoe.

Hi Rob,
      I do not do body type work but I think that you will have to get a tool that is used to pry the panel off as they put them on now with push in type plastic one way clamps and  you must pry them off, I would go to the library
and look in the auto body books and it will show you how to do it OK.
