Chevrolet: 94 Corsica idiot light, chevy corsica, 1994 chevy corsica

Question
I recently winterized my car (1994 Chevy Corsica) and added anti-freeze to the radiator.  Up to that point, there was no problem with the lights coming on, overheating, etc.  Since then, my "low coolant" light is constantly on.  There are no visible leaks and I cannot figure out why the light would be on.  The car is not overheating, though I haven't really driven any long distance or had it running for any length of time other than to and from work, store, etc. (less than 5 miles).  There are no unusual noises or smells and I have not been using the heater yet.  Could this be a stuck thermostat causing the problem or do you think it could be something much more expensive to fix?  Thank you in advance.

Answer
HI Connie;
         Well it does not sound as if there is anything bad going on, did you do the winterizing or have it done, as it just might not be full of antifreeze, so I would just check the level and make shure its full. If you keep having
the light come on I would take it to have a pressure test taken to see if it has a leak or a bad rad. cap., or hose
etc.so fill the rad. with antifreeze than if the light  is still comming on I would take it to be checked,  I bet it is a simple thing and not the thermastadt. ok
