have a 55 nomad with these numbers on the block in front of the head

I would like toknow if its the engine that belongs in the car

Hea Steve;
        I looked up the nos. but all I could find was it is a Flint built engine made on july 14 , and it  is telling me that it was at a GM plant in Mexico but I do not think there was one back then so I have sent out a few fliers to try to find out for you OK. so can you get some more nos. back to me and a vin#.
