hi keith, my 1995 chevrolet corsica has recently broke down what happens is there is alot of brownish blackish smoke coming out of the exhuast its so bad that i cant go passed 20 mph now my whole engine shakes you can see it when you pop the hood its a very shaky drive also loud too almost like a big truck its horrible and theres also a very noticable gas fume smell whats wrong with my car?

Hi Jonathan, it sounds like it getting too much fuel. Is the engine light on? It may be the temp sensor, or map sensor. what do you mean by it being loud? Is it loud under the hood or from the exhaust? Is your coolant level ok? has the oil in the engine changed color, become milky or sludgy? You can have it plugged into a anlizer this will tell you if it is a sensor. Let me know what you find. Always happy to try to help. Regards, keith.
