Chevrolet: Fuse panels, 1978 chevy malibu, chevy malibu

I have a 1978 chevy malibu 3.3liter V6 holley 4 barrel. the fuse panel in my car has 6 dead cells and I'm wondering what I should do? I have looked every where for it and can't find one anywhere? Can a fuse panel blow if the 6 cells don't work? I have tried all the websites and Junkyards and Auto places with no luck can you PLEASE help me. This is my First car and i really don't want to get rid of it.

I do not understand what you mean dead cells , dead battery sells or dead fuses ??  if the battery has all dead cells you are going to get no place . what do you mean by dead cells ??
you can try [ www.j.c. whitney.com ] they have a lot of items that  you might find what  you need. you could have a burnt out fuseable link ?
