Chevrolet: Re-starting a chevy 350, chevy 350, hea

OK Roger, I thought I had it fixed, but I guess I didn't. It started briefly but then died and I don't seem to be able to re-start it again. So, I guess I didn't have whatever was wrong fixed yet. I'm still doing exactly what you said. I haven't given up and am still working on it.

Hea Rick;
         You did have it running right, did it sound ok, as did you tighten the distributor down tight if not it moved itself on you. so you can look at that, but as long as you did have it running dont start to take stuff OFF as it is prob. something real simple.
