Chevrolet: RUNNIN HOT, chevy cavilier, problum

WELL THIS IS A 97 CHEVY CAVILIER BUT MAYBE YOU CAN STILL HELP IT IS RUNNIN HOT AND I CANT FIGURE OUT WHY NEW THERMOSTATE  WATER PUMP IS FINE THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF IS MAYBE TO OVERFLOW CAP YOU CAN HEAR AIR COMMIN OUT OF IT WHEN ITS HOT WHAT DO YOU THINK?

 Hea, How r-u , well you said you have a new thermastadt
and water pump, who put it in , as they should have taken a pressure test as that will show where the problum is if there is a leak causing it to overheat.
The cap could do it for shure, but you must put the SAME size and p.s.i. type back on - not just any cap. and is there enough coolent in the radeator ?. check those things out first and also is the fan working ok.
