Chevrolet: left front directional, side marker, flasher

Question
My father has a 1997 chevy ventura van wiht a V6. He uses the van for deliveries and the problem is that the front left directional is not working. The indicater arrow in the gauge cusler is blinkig real fast but the is no power getting to the lt. blue wire at the bulb socket. The bulb socket was brunt and was replaced along with the bulb and the flasher up under the dash. The small side marker is blinking fast also. Any thoughts would be great, hope to hear from you soon thanks and have a great day.

Answer
The lights are flashing fast due to the one light not working. Less reistance through the bulbs(because one is missing)causes higher current flow through the flasher which make it flash faster.
You said you dont have any power on the blue wire to the socket so you will have to trace it back through the harness to find the broken spot.
