Dodge: no spark, fuel pump not working, dodge caravan, gas tank

i was recently driving my 92 dodge caravan, 6cyl 3.0, on the highway, when it did a quick hesitation and i tried to give it gas with no effect.  i made it to the side of the road and it stalled and hasn't started since..it turns over, thats it.  If you have any clue, please help me..
we changed some sensers, distributer, coil with no luck.

when you turn the key on to start the van,just to the on position you should hear a moaning sound from the gas tank.This is the fuel pump,if the sound is not there then the fuel pump has gone out.It's not pumping the fuel to the engine.You'll have to remove the tank to replace the pump.It's inside the tank.
