Dodge: dodge caravan se, dodge caravan, rear tires

Question
still have a question... after the van has been serviced, the loud squeaking noise at the passenger's side is still there only during the first time of driving  in the morning... and when it rolls over some humps...what's the worst thing that can happen if it isn't fixed... how much will it cost (estimate only) what to do... thanks

thanks for your reply... i was able to bring it to a service center and they told me that it has to do with the tires in front... they placed the two front wheels at the back and placed the rear tires in front...however, if there is still some noise i can bring it back to them for further check-up...although, i asked them about the c.v.joint and brake pads - they told me- they were fine... last question, though, if we're to buy new tires what can you recommend taking into consideration - the weather condition in Connecticut...thank you again...

We have a 2003 dodge caravan se model... we bought it from California... Now, we transferred to Connecticut during the early month of February... we had the van transported... the van worked fine during the winter season... but now, it's april i've been hearing some sounds from the front right side of the wheel (especially when we pass over humps) during the early morning drivebut onwards the sound just goes away... it has just started to make the noise  two weeks ago... what gives? HELP? this is the only car that we have...
Answer -
This could be a loose brake pad if it's a small rattle.Could also be a c.v.joint going out.I'd let a mechanic look at it to be sure.
Answer -
Tires really depend on the weather condition and the amount of driving you do.An all season tire should do you fine.

Answer
Lani,
when the store rotated the tires for you did you notice if they checked to see what the problem was?In most cases they will just assume that the job they specialize in is what it has something to do with. What kind of service center checked the van for you?If they are charging you for the service every time you go there and it did not repair the car then they are useless. If they diagnose the problem and you leave and the problem is solved then they did the job.If not they are nothing more than just a parts changer. They will get you every time if you let them.Try to explain to me exactly where you hear the noise and what kind of sounds it's making.I was thinking c.v. joint, this will make a clicking sound. As far as the worst thing that can happen it could be anything,i don't know if it's the wheel or wheel bearing or what. But it does need to be checked because any minor problem can turn into major money with labor prices the way they are.
