Dodge: dodge stealth, clutch fluid, dodge stealth

do you know anything about dodge stealths because mine grinds when shifting into 1st and reverse almost feels like clutch is not disengaged all the way so i was wonderinging if you would think i should grease the transmission or change my clutch fluid

If the gears grind while your clutch is pressed down,your clutch either needs fluid or to be replaced.You should have a small reservoir on the firewall under the hood that holds the fluid for the clutch.Check this first.Or if it is only doing it in first and reverse could be a sinchrinizer gone bad...Need to have a repair shop look at it.
