Ford: 02 windstar fuel pump, voltage drop, battery voltage

my 02 windstar fuel pump it's not getting enough voltage,do you know what the problem could be?.please help.thank you

Hi,

What voltage are you getting at the pump?

Are you measuring the voltage with the connector disconnected, correct?

what are you using for  a ground?  are you taking into account, the voltage drop of the wire?
Have you measure the battery voltage to the ground wire of the plug?  (bat + to ground)
