Yes I have a 1996 f150 4x4 And the inside door handle froze up.Do you know what might cause that?

These interior handles are plastic and the gear (plastic) often breaks. They are inexpensive and easy to change.

It may also be a stuck linkage rod or latch.  Remove the panel and disconnect the linkage rod and try to open the door using the rod.  works= handle.  doesn't work= free up the latch.
