Ford: Manual ford F-150 passanger side window getting stuck, ford f 150, manual ford

The front passanger side window on my truck keeps sticking as i roll it up and down. The windows are manual. When i took the side panal off and watched as the window was rolled up and down i belive i identified the problem. It seems that there is four sliding peicies on a x frame that are supposed to move when you roll the window up or down. The top left one however does not want to move. I have tried applying WD-40 and other such lubricants and also tried to force the peice to slide by aplying slight preassure to it with a screwdriver while rolling the window up and down. How should i get this unstuck?

Hi,

Applying WD40 should do the trick,unless the track that the slider slides is bent ,  check to see if it bent, if is bent than the track as to be removed to be repaired or replaced. Try a little more WD40 and wait a few minutes before encouraging it to move.
