Ford: 2003 Ford Expedition cabin air condition filter and fuel line filter, fuel line filter, c clamps

Where are they located and how to replace?   Thanks

I don't know where the air conditioning filter is but the fuel filter is on the driver's side underneath the vechicle on the inside of the frame rail.  Should be a round canister about 3 to 4 inches long, It will have to plastic c clamps one on either in that will connect the fuel lines to the filter.
