Ford: front end problems, wheel bearings, brake calipers

Question
I own a 1997 f-250 ext. cab 4wd, super duty with a two inch lift.  Recently I had the tires changed from letters out to black out.  I had it aligned and new ball joints put in.
I now have a light shimmy all the time and a very serious shaking around 65mph, on acc. and braking.  It happens around 55mph on acc. but not as bad.  I was wondering if you could throw out some ideas as to what it might or could be.
Thanks,
kim
