Ford: coolant light, coolant level, wheel bearings

Question
Hi Ken,

1999 Ford Taurus SE, 58,000 miles.  The coolant light comes on every now and then especially in stop and go traffic.  Everything was checked and seems fine.  Coolant level is good, hoses, etc.  Could this be a sensor?  Also, there is a slight vibration in the steering wheel over 50 mph.  Tires were balanced.  Any idea what this could be?  Thanks for your help.

if the coolant level is fine when the light comes on then the sensor is bad.a vibration could be a bad rotor, brakes, wheel bearings or rotor to name a few.a vibration over 50 sounds like a wheel out balance or a bent rim.hope this helps.
