VIN # is 1fafp42x93f310324.  Ford here replace the security module for the coded key last week.  It didn't do it the first time after I got the car back, but the next morning it took 3 tries to get it to start and stay started.  It seems like it starts then stops instantly, I thought they (ford) was on track with the module.  Ford has hooked to the computer when the problem is happening and the tech says no codes come up!?  This is so frustrating! I only have 6500 miles on it!  Thanks again!

I have a 2003 mustang gt.  I am having troubles with starting for the first time after sitting for several hours or overnight.  When I try starting it turns right back off, almost like the security system is shutting it off. I have used my different keys (all have been programed) and it does the same thing.  It doesn't do it everyday which seems odd, and some days I can seem to get it to started.  No one seems to know the problem...any ideas?

chuck this vehicle was fix at Ford of Walla Walla, Inc.i see that they change the module but you have a problem with the key this is what thay have to change.tell them that you went on the hot line and they said that you may have a problem with the key . just to see what they say if they say no then let me know.
