Ford: 1989 Ford F-150 4.9L Fuel problem, intake manifold gasket, ford f 150

Question
It is not missing.   Where can I get a gage to go on the test valve on the gas line to test the pressure.  I would be leary of using a tire gage.  Can I get something like that at a supply store just for fuel line pressure testing.  -------------------------

At 800 rpm's the truck shakes and vibrates.  At 1000 rpm's its not bad but when it comes down to 800 it is very annoying.  A new intake manifold gasket, cleaned throttle body, replaced two injectors, replaced Throtle position sensor, and EGR, ran o bottle of BG44k thru engine.  A new clutch and flywheel was put on also about the time this started, however, the mechanic said thatwhen he sprayed carb  cleaner into the intake
manifold, the motor smoothed out.  He said this means the harmonic balancer and clutch being out of balance is ruled out.  He believes the truck is
not getting enough fuel.  Question -- how can I check out if the truck is getting enough fuel ?
Answer -
with a fuel pressure guage. 32 to 34  psi is normal with the vac. off the regulator 42 to 45 psi.  if you have access to a inj flow machine it's another way to test it.does it feel like a misfire or can you fell it in the body?

Answer
You can probably rent one from auto zone ,napa ect.on fords it's very simple. on the fuel rail you have a valve just hook it up to what looks like a tire valve. Then start the vehicle up and watch the readings now also when you shut it off watch the pressure see if it drops more the 5 to 8 psi after a min.if so let me know good luck
