Ford: Instrument Panel Lights, phillips screws, ash tray

How do I replace the instrument panel lights on a 1999 ranger?  What steps do I take to get to the lights?

it almost just pull out .look under the dash were the speedo is you will see 2 to 3 screws remove these. remove the screws holding the bazel on the steering column phillips screws.this will make it easy to remove the cluster then look above the ash tray you will see 2 screws holding in the cover for the radio. you must remove the radio if you have the factory one then you need the tools to remove it.the cover should just pull out.remove the cover to the dash. then the cluster has 8 mm screws in the 4 corners remove them pull the cluster out easy so you can reach behind & remove the conectors.YOU CAN BUY THE RADIO REMOVEAL TOOL AT ANY AUTO ZONE ADVANCE BEST BUYS ECT.
