GM-GMC: 1991 Chevy 1/2 ton Truck tail lights, blown fuses, fuse panel

My tail lights will not work correctly after I removed a bent rear bumper and removed an after market trail harness I will not be using. When I turn my parking lights on only the license plate light comes on. The stoplights do not work either.

Answer
Check to see that the ground wire at the back for the trailer wiring is still intact.  Also check your the fuse panel for any blown fuses, if you simply cut the harness it is possible that the wire shorted together and has blown the fuse.
