GM-GMC: In dash cd deck, chevy silverado, car audio shop

Can you install a In-Dash CD Deck on a truck wih an alarm system? I have a 2000 c1500 chevy silverado and it has an alarm system.

To be honest we usually sublet all that type of work out.  However, I have an 06 and I pulled the deck out and put in an aftermarket  dvd deck with no trouble at all, there may be an inline module you will need to buy to take care of that concern.  Any decent car audio shop should be able to hook you up with one.
