GM-GMC: Sunfire front turn lamp, marker lamp, pontiac sunfire

Hello, I have 99' Pontiac Sunfire, and need to replace the front turning lamps. the turning lamp is about 4 inches below the front headlight. I cannot get to it without taking off the battery, front head lamp, and who knows what else. Do you know of any easier way that I may be overlooking? Thank you for your time.

There is a small corner marker lamp beside the headlamp that can be removed after the headlamp is removed, but the one below the lamp in the bumper cover I think you need to access from below.  I can assure you that removing the battery is not necessary.  Try looking from underneith.
