GM-GMC: Cant jump car, cant jump, theft deterrent

Question
I have not driven my 2003 trailblazer for three days and the car is dead.  I have been trying to jump it for 15min. It seems the battery has power (the horn works), but the car will not turn over.  It does not even make a clicking sound.  What could it be?
When i have not driven the car for a few days, this has happened before.  But the car was always able to be jumped.

Answer
There are two possibilities that I can think of one being the theft deterrent module has lost its program or gone into a default type mode.  Is your theft deterrent light flashing or staying on constantly.  This is not terribly uncommon for that year/make/model of truck. The second possiblity is your have a problem with your starter (not as likely as the first option) but still a possibility.

Try this procedure
30 Minute Learn Procedure
Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON (vehicle will not start).
Observe the SECURITY telltale, after approximately 10 minutes the telltale will turn OFF.
Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes ( the vehicle is now ready to relearn the Passlock™ Sensor Data Code and/or passwords on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK).
Important: The vehicle learns the Passlock™ Sensor Data Code and/or password on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle.

Start the engine (the vehicle has now learned the Passlock™ Sensor Data Code and/or password).

Hope this helps
