GM-GMC: fuel problems 94 chevy 350, fuel pump relay, chevy 350

Question
I have a 94 chevy 2500 i was driving the other day and it cut off on me. I checked spark and i have it. i wasnt getting fuel to the injectors at first but had it at fuel filter. to make a long story short i checked the fuel pump fuse its good i replaced fuel pump relay and fuel pump still not getting fuel. fuel pump is not even coming on. im lost what do you think it could be?

Answer
If you are certain it is a fuel problem and your pump is good, you will need to determine why the pump is not running.  Disconnect the connector at the pump and test it for power and ground while you have someone turn the key to the on position, then check it while the engine is cranking.  If you have power and ground, than you fuel pump is bad.  If you don't have power and ground you will need to try to sort out why.  Check for power and ground first and we will go from there.
Hope this helps.
