GM-GMC: Suddenly wont turn over., gmc jimmy, thirteen months

I have a 1996 GMC Jimmy, I had just walked out to my vehicle today, to start it that's when I noticed it wouldn't start, so I jumped it, it started right up, let it charge for a couple of minutes, disconnected the cables.  As soon as the cables were disconnected it cranked right over again.  Two hours later it would only click at me, and all the lights blinking.  The battery is about thirteen months old.  I did let the truck sit without running in sub freezing temperature.

Do not be surprised !! This actually happened to me as well . My battery was also 1 year old. I went to Walmart and bought one . It has a 3 year replacement FREE of charge ...

It is COLD ... I would just swap it out ... You can charge it over night with a 10 amp , although the battery already took a hit .
Bring your car to Autozone or Murray's they will put a load test on the battery for free ...
