Lincoln/Mercury: nissan 86 200sx, spedometer, speedmeter

My horn works sometimes but when i need it most it don't. My spedometer also does the same thing. I'm assuming it's an electrical problem. Can you tell me how to fix it or anything that would help.

Jessica:the horn may not work, maybe because it might be a bad connection from the switch.and the speedmeter because of the speedo cable. my past advice has been:are these repairs exceed the value of the car?consider this:$2,250 rebate on a 2006 Sentra or $1,750 rebate on a 2006 Altima.and always ask for a second opinion when comes to repairs Good Luck!
