Mercedes: rear vibration, wheels and tires, s500

i have a 2000 s500. i get a vibration once i go over 55mph. i did have a bent rim on the rear for a long period but i have changed all the wheels and tires. any ideas of what it may be?

Sit the vibration on the rear or front? Is the vibration transient, or does it increase in amplitude as the speed increases.
I would suspect that you have a bent wheel flange, or a rotor that is bent or a wheel that is out of round.
