Mercedes: Mbenz 190 E window prob (1993) yr, blown fuse, fuse box

Question
My right front window switch didn't seem right, wasn't working properly, then stopped working altogether.  all other windows were fine up to that point.  Now the left rear no longer works.  I have taken the consold apart.  I first swapped the right rear to the right front and the window still did not operate.  I swapped the left rear (which stopped working for no apparent reason) with the left front to make sure the switch was good.  This switch operated the left front fine.  the left rear switch in the back also does not operate the window either.  I think there must be some relationship electronically between the right front and left rear, but I'm not sure what to do next to fix the situation.

Please help

Answer
David,
check the fuse box for a blown fuse. The lid usually has the description of what each fuse operates. It may be that one side of the car is fused separately from the other.
Or, you may have a broken wire in the harness that goes through the door post out to the door. The wires flex within the shielding and some time break internally.
Good Luck
