Mercedes: Mercedes alarm system, car doors, point answer

1992 300D Mercedes 267,000 miles (approx) Trenton, NJ. How do you disable/disconnect the alarm system. The alarm goes off in my car if you do not lock the doors (they lock themselves now once you reach 2 miles per hr) or if the car doors are open for longer than 5 mins. It also goes off at the gas station after I get fuel. The doors also lock themselves at this point.

You can not disable/disconnect the alarm system in any easy way.
This vehicle runs part of the ignition through the alarm system = disable/disconnect, and your car is dead.
Electrical skills are required to rewire the car.
