Mercedes: Blower 1994 Mercedes E 320, climate control unit, mercedes e 320

I just bought a 1994 e320 and when I try to run the blower in low, high or auto nothing happens. Is there a relay or fuse other than in the fuse box. The lid to the fuse box is missing but all fuses look good. Please help just bought it and its cold and can't drive it.

Best guess:
Heater Motor, Blower Regulator and/or Climate Control Unit.
Attention: you must replace the ACC TWO Cabin Filters, also referred to as a combination filter, cabin filter or pollen filter, they can and will plug solid and stop air flow.
