Mercedes: Noisy injectors and back compression, oil filler cap, injector nozzles

Question
Dear sir, thank you so much for your super fast response, please find the data you asked for:

E 300 D 1994

1)Miles: 40000 (meter seems to be tampered as the sppedometer needle shakes)

2) When we remove the oil filler cap and block the custom made pipe which gives smoke and oil in the intake manifold then there is a lot of smoke from the oil filler.

3) Current oil leve is full, ( top mark when cold but i recently had to add oil after 2000 miles about 1.5 litre) the custom made pipe throws smoke and oil in the air intake manifold.

4) I am very sorry sir but I dont know what an italian tune up is. I recently changed my injector nozzles to original bosch made in france same part number.

5) Yes sir clattering noise like that of a tractor.

regards,

Dear Sir:

I recently bought an E 300 D 1995, I got a total suspension overhaul and was very happy driving it when one day I just went to my local mechanic who noticed a custom made rubber pipe coming out of the top of the engine into the air intake manifold. I had gone to him to show some noise in the injectors.

When he took out that pipe there was a lot of smoke and oil in the air intake manifold. The smoke was continuous and he told me that the engine had back compression, I believe that was the worst day of my life as he says the engine needs to be overhauled, I changed the injector nozzles with new bosch ones of the same number but the car now sounds even worse, like a tractor.

Please help and advise.

Need more data.
How many miles on it.
With engine running, remove oil fill cap, is there a large volume smoke cloud pouring out?
What is current oil level when cold?
When was your last Italian tunup?

Like a tractor?
Do you mean clatter noise?

Answer
Italian Tune up =

Correct test; Do not block the vent tube, open oil fill cap, report smoke volume.

The issue that worries me is the excess clatter; it will take roughly 24 hours to research and answer that.
If total miles are correct, this is a freak failure.
