Mitsubishi: interior lights/radio, mitsubishi 3000gt, fuse box

I have a 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT VIN# ja3am84j2sy031974, Model Z11A, 2wd base,at.

The problem I'm having is no dome lights, floor lights, cargo lights, door lights (square red ones)(window/door lock lights work), ign switch bezel light, radio lost memory. No power to these lights, but I can use the radio if I use the code, redo preset stations, everytime I want to listen to it after the car is off for very long.( 8 hours or so)

What I have found : #19 in the fuse box blown,plastic around fuse melted. Replaced box and fuse.
Alt not charging, replaced alt.
Checked all fuses,fuse links,not sure about relays,etacs,etc.
Any ideas? I have run out. Any help would but much appreciated. Thanks

Nasty problem. Not my specialty but I would do a pinout test for a short. Reading some TSBs on this car I came up with a TSB talking about waterproof replacement connectors. What this tells me is that there is a problem with some of the connectors and corrosion. It could just be corrosion in a connector so I would try unplugging and checking the connectors that pretain to your issue. We had one recently in the shop that we thought was a bad computer, ended up being a bad connection.
