Hey bro I had to put a new battery in the car and it made the radio security thing reset. Now i know there is a serial number in the back of the radio, but i dont know how to correctly take the radio out in order to view it and call the dealership about the code. I would take it to the dealership myself, but i need to go to school and I work on the weekends. I live kinda in the middle of nowhere and the nearest mitsubishi dealership is about an hour away, so I just wanted to call them up and tell them over the phone. Do u know a way to take out the radio without like destroying the center dash?

Usually, I would send you to the dealer. They charge like $70 to get the code for you. I have some really lousey pics on how to take out the radio but I will need your email. WHEN YOU DO THIS DO NOT BUMP THE SRS ECU, THIS WILL CAUSE THE AIR BAGS TO GO OFF, THIS WILL BE QUITE A MESS IF YOU DO THAT! ";)
