Mitsubishi: air bags, auto wrecking yards, resently

i have a 1995 mitsubishi diamanti and resently had a car accident with messed up my air bags i wonder if you know how much do air bags cost for my car i only paid a thousand for it nd dont want to pay a whole bunch of money for airbags but i dont want to drive without them.

Sorry Anna, the dealer is the only place to get replacement air bags because of the liability. I spent hours looking for them online and making calls to auto wrecking yards around the country. Most of the wrecking yards cut them to avoid someone using them and not working, cause the wrecking yard to be sued. There is no after market companies currently making them that I could find.
