Oldsmobile/Buick: horn, chilton manual, wheel mechanism

1994 buick lesabre.........sounded the horn today, the horn continued to sound, I disconnected terminals at each horn, horn stopped, I have a great horn........is their a relay somewhere I can reset? Perhaps a problem at the steering wheel mechanism? let me know thanks

Did the horn continue sounding after you hooked it back up ?

I'm not at all familiar with the electrical layout for your car . You may want to try picking up the Haynes or Chilton manual for your car . I doubt the problem is on the steering wheel itself .
