Oldsmobile/Buick: Horn Repair, buick century, easy job

Question
Hi.  I have a silly question and am hoping you have an answer for me.  I have a 1987 Buick Century Limited (there were no Buick experts to ask) that became a little bit "horn-y" after I began using the 'tilt' with the steering whell. It honks on its own, whenever, wherever, and I can only get it to stop by the time the fuse has blown out.  I assume that there is a wire that is catching somewhere in the steering column that is causing a short.  I have no clue on how to take my steering column apart and would rather not although, I was told that there should be a horn relay (?) somewhere under the hood that can disconnect the horn and will stop the fuse from blowing out, although I have no clue of where?  Is there any way you can help?  Thank you.

Answer
Hi Crystal,
No question is a silly question! You definitely have a short in the steering column. ZPulling a steering wheel is not a an easy job, and will be quite expensive. The horn relay attaches to the horn it self and slides and locks on to the terminal, simply remove it, until your ready to have it fixxed professionaly. Ray
