Pontiac: 1994 Grand AM 3.1Liter, rear brakes, water leaks

Question
When it rains water leaks in the front on the driver side floor board.  I have checked the windshield, the cow, and all underneath the dash board.  I can't seem to figure out were the water is coming in at.

Also, why when in the morning when the car is cold does the car when stopping seem to pull the rear end down at a stop.  Rear brakes have been replaced recently and it still appears to do the same thing.

Thank you in advance for you assistance.

Answer
Ok, first about the brakes. When the car sits for a period of time, like overnight, a thin layer of rust forms on the drums and rotors. When you apply the brakes for the first few times, they grab the rusty drum and almost lock up, causing the rear end to drop. There is nothing you can do about it. Sometimes having the rear brakes cleaned and adjusted will help temporarily. Its always worse when its wet or humid also.
Now about the water leak. The most common place for the water to come in is through the fresh air duct under the cowl panel. Water running down the windshield goes right into the duct. You can try to make a splash shield to divert the water away from the duct.
