Saab: 1994 Saab 900 SE-runs and quits, crankshaft sensor, o2 sensors

Question
My Saab starts will run about 5 minutes and quit. Will restart and die, restart and die. If I wait about 10 ten minutes b4 restarting car will run maybe another 5 minutes and starts the restart and die problem. I have checked all relays, replaced crankshaft sensor, ECM,air mass sensor, fuel pump and filter, and the last thing changed was the coil pack which was arcing very badly. This has all been done within the last 30 days. The car within the last year has had a complete tune up,two O2 sensors replaced and new timing belt.

Louis:
As noted in my profile, my hands-on experience is limited to pre 1991 900s, so I cannot provide a specific response. What I would suggest, however is to start by isolating the problem to either: FUEL SUPPLY or SPARK. See if you can keep it running by periodically spraying some starting ether into the air intake. If so, then FUEL SUPPLY is lacking. With all that's been replaced, has the central computing module been checked? Also, has voltage supply to the fuel pump constant? The computer might be "telling it" to turn off...there is a retriggerable multivibrator circuit behind that function that has been known to give trouble....try connecting +12 volts directly to the fuel pump positive terminal and see if the engine continues to run.
     Hope this helps a bit,
