Toyota: airbag flashing light/ seatbelt flashing light, cause and solution, toyota dealer

Our 98 corolla has consistently had the air bag light flash and seat belt light flash intermittently since new. Dealer has disconnected the battery and problem corrects for a short time. What is the cause and solution.

I don't know exactly the problem, but an official Toyota Dealer has to fix it! it could be a problem with airbags sensors, so in case of an accident they will not come out..
In other words, it's a security problem and it must be fixed by an official toyota dealer.
