Toyota: Replacing Valve stem seals, toyota camry v6, valve stem seals

Hi David,
I'm wondering if it is possible to replace valve stem seals in a 2002 Toyota Camry V6 engine without removing the cylinder heads. Are any special tools available to make this easy or possible? There is sometimes a clould of smoke
at cold startup but only 1 start in 6 or 7 . The engine has low miles and has been serviced as per Toyota schedule but short trips have caused slight sludge and presumably valve seal wear or hardening. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks

I just read the feedback you left for me and was a little distraught with how you feel about Toyota.  As far as engine sludge, Toyota has begun to revise their "PCV" sytems to help but the easiest remedy is either synthetic oil or on time 3K oil changes.  Are you under warranty?
