Toyota: 2001 toyota corolla vibration, toyota corolla, hello engine

Question
I am considering purchasing a 2001 toyota corolla CE. The car drives and handles good but when the car is in drive (D) or reverse (R) and you are at a stop, for example at a stop light, the whole front end of the car vibrates a lot, the dashboard, steering wheel, radio...everything but as soon as you step on the gas and are traveling more than 5mph the vibration stops. There is little or no vibration when the car is in park. The engine mounts, side and front and back look in good condition. I belive the car had a front end accident but was repaired. What could be causing the vibration?

Answer
Hello,

engine mounts could be the cause. Maybe not well fitted, or the wrong ones.
If the car had an accident, maybe it was not repaired well.

OR maybe there is a problem with the minimum revs controller, are revs ok? normally around 800 rpm.
