Volkswagen: 73 Thing gas heater, vw buses, gasheater

You have any manuals for repairing/using the gasheater that came with the Thing?  Mine has one, but I can't get it to work.  I use the Muir book, "Idiot's Guide to Keeping Your VW Alive."

This is a user's group you need to register for. (it is free).  Don't be disheartened that it is for VW buses...the moderator 'Captain Mike' has posted diagrams for most of the Eberspacher gas heaters that VW used in it's air cooled models.
