Volkswagen: wiring front and rear turn and taillights, project car, turn signal

I bought a 1974 super beetle project car and need some help with rewirng the lights. When I flip the turn signal left or right everything blinks. Could you tell me which color wires go to each terminal front and rear on the signals. Brake, backup and turn. Thanks, Larry

Answer
Left Rear:  
Gray is the middle tail light.
Turn Signal is Black.
Brake Light is Red.
Back-Up light is Blue.

Left Front:
Front Turn Signal is Gray
Front Parking Light is Gray too.

Right Rear:
Gray is the middle tail light.

Front Turn Signal is Gray
Front Parking Light is Gray too.

License Plate Light:
Gray with blue stripe.
