Volkswagen: Clutch, volkswagen jetta, berring

I have a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta GLS i just got my clutch replace like a month ago now its makeing a grinding noise i think that my throwout berring and its hard to get into gear and when i put into 5th gear it go in but 3 to 5 minutes later it jumps out. What could be the cause of this?

Usually, when the clutch is replaced the throw-out bearing is as well.

I would bring it back to the facility where you had the work done, and have the clutch adjusted.

Popping out of gear, could indicate a transmission problem, but let's get the clutch properly adjusted.
