Volvo: Pipe, volvo category, catalytic converter

Hello Ray I have a 1996 Audi A6 I know this is a Volvo category but I had two simple quest first where is a good site to find cheap European car parts? My next question is what is the pipe called that goes from the catalytic converter to the muffler. I was told I do not need the catalytic converter just that pipe but I do not know the name of it please help thanks!

Do a search on Audi parts. Make sure they have a return policy and that they sell name brand parts. I would call the pipe a connecting pipe. If you remove the catalyst you may not pass emissions and it may be against the federal emission law(s).
