Volvo: Light came on in dashboard/ Andcar shkes when i go over 60 mph., bad tire, ball joint

This yellow light came on in my dashboard, I have no idea what it means..It's a yellow light shape like the sun with a line right in the middle,Please help me here...Also my car has this vibration when it goes over sixty and i have no idea why, The tires are all new and i haven't hit no potholes or anything, What do you tink it may be? If you do not have an owner manual to identify the light on the dash take the car to the dealer. It might be the check engine light and a fault in the system. Some engine/trans part may have failed and that is causing vibration. Or then the vibration could be a bad front end part, ball joint or front end bushing, etc. Might even be a bad tire with a cord that is seperating. Hard to say if both of these are related and causing the vibration without a look at the vehicle.
