Volvo: Volvo 460 engine problem, vacuum leaks, volvo 460

Question
QUESTION: I have a '91 volvo 460 turbo and in the winter (especially  in the days with more humidity)the car is hard to start. When it starts I have to keep pressing the gas pedal (only a little bit) so it wont stop running.Sometimes after a while the engine starts to work but at very low revs (under 200rpm). More or less 15 minutes after I started the engine it works fine.
Also with the air conditioner turned on the engine shuts down (in idle also).
I noticed that the idle rpm of the engine is a little bellow the normal 850+/-50 rpm (it's about 700-750).
Is this an ecu problem or should I just regulate the air intake, or is it something else?
Thank you for your attention.

ANSWER: Joao,
I am not familure with the Volvo 460's. Has the engien been tuned? Throttle housing cleaned? What fault codes are posted? Holes in the intercooler hoses, intake hose or vacuum leaks? Fuel pressure right? Clean unblocked fuel filter?

QUESTION: thank you for your reply.
The engine was not tuned. Fuel filter I think is clean ( it's relatively new). I can't see holes in the intercooler. and my car doesn't have the fault codes thing (very strange)the  only thing i'm not sure is the throttle housing

Answer
Joao,
The best thing that you can do is seek the help of a tech in your area that is familure with the Volvo's. Here in the U.S. the cars have a fault tracing that you read the codes and those codes give a fair idea in what area you need to start your testing.
