my husband took the front window wiper moter out of my car and i need to put it in i can get the moter in fine then the bar screws to the moter but how do i conect the cables to that pulley thing

Putting in the motor is easy, bolts and wire plug. The cables need to be put on it the proper position. That being the case you need to know the position as it was before it was taken off. If that is something that you do not know seek the help of a Volvo tech. It is a job even the seasoned techs sometimes dread.
